Instructions
A Google account will be needed to access and complete the exam via the google form answer sheet.
- Click "Open Form" to open the Google Form Answer Sheet. You will be completing your exam here.
- Play the video and follow the E-Proctor
- Submit Google Form Answer Sheet
Once submitted, you will receive your score report within 1-2 weeks.
